Introduction
CMAT application Form is a common entrance exam for Indian students to pursue their higher studies in B-Schools. As the name suggests, CMAT stands for Common Management Aptitude Test and it was first conducted in 2007 by IIMs and B-schools. The test is an integral part of the admission process of these institutes, which has started replacing the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).
What is CMAT?
The Centralized Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a 100-minute computer-based test conducted by AICTE. The CMAT CAT exam is conducted twice a year, in English and Hindi, from January to March. Candidates who qualify for a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent can apply for admission to MBA programs under this program. To apply for the CMAT exam, you need to meet certain eligibility criteria:
The minimum age should be 18 years as of 1st July 2020 with a GPA of 3/4 CGPA
CMAT Exam Registration and Eligibility
The Central Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national-level entrance test for admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) courses. It is conducted by the AICTE, which is the apex body for technical education in India.
The exam aims at creating awareness among students who wish to pursue MBA degree programs and also helps colleges select qualified candidates according to their criteria.
The CMAT is conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is organized in collaboration with the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). The test is conducted each year to fill up seats in various MBA colleges across India, which AICTE recognizes. Candidates who have completed their graduation can apply for the exam.
Things to remember while choosing a password
- Make sure your password is easy to remember. A long and complex password is not only difficult for you to remember, but also for others who have access to it.
- Keep in mind that a strong password should contain at least 6 characters and include letters, numbers, and symbols; avoid using personal information like your name or birthdate (e.g., do not use “John” as your computer password).
- Don’t choose a username as your CMAT score if it can be found on social media sites like Facebook or Twitter; this would make it easy for someone else with bad intentions (or even just curiosity) to access the account without permission from its owner!
CMAT admission Process
The CMAT admission process is divided into two stages. The first stage involves the registration and payment of the examination fee at only one time, while the second stage is for the final selection of candidates based on their performance in the exam.
The CMAT Admission Process starts with registration and ends with admission to any of the eligible courses offered by various universities around India as well as abroad. After completion of all these steps, you will be able to apply for your desired courses
